Working with Sealco
Since 1984, Sealco has set the standard as the leader in cost-saving solutions for critical environments.
Our experienced data center technicians use best-in-class products and act as trusted partners to implement cleaning and cooling efficiency solutions.
At Sealco, we only employ permanent employees and boast an average tenure of eight years. These full-time, background-checked technicians undergo rigorous preparation in our critical environment training facility. And our clients, Fortune 1000 companies among them, repeatedly ask for our employees by name.
Our state-of-the-art equipment is designed explicitly for your critical environment. The solutions we offer, from modular colocation suite walls to remarkably efficient ColdLogik rear door coolers, are unsurpassed on the market — and they’re always the best products for your budget.
Sealco technicians clean nearly 3 million square feet of critical environments per month, and use proprietary processes developed over 30 years in the industry. They execute installations and services correctly the first time, every time. These proven procedures, combined with best-in-class products, provides our customers with unrivaled quality.
We’re not just your product supplier. We’re here to build a relationship and become a trusted member of your team — just ask our repeat customers, which make up 70% of our client base. Our representatives build out projects with customers in mind, helping to reduce capital expenditures, maintain budgets and timelines and achieve an energy efficient, safe and tour-ready facility.
When Ron Miglini founded Sealco in 1984, he saw an unmet need in data centers. Expensive computer room equipment required cleaning with specialized supplies and procedures to protect both the data and the equipment itself.
So Ron began coordinating data center cleaning services out of his home. He worked alongside just two other employees; one for operations, one for admin tasks. With this small-but-nimble team, the company’s early days were spent cleaning computer rooms with sprawling mainframes and other large pieces of equipment such as DASDs and Tape Silos.
As the industry has evolved over the decades and moved from giant mainframes to server racks, Sealco’s commitment to protect data center equipment has remained the same. In addition to our cleaning services, we were among the first to provide containment technology for data centers.
Our reach of service has grown, too, with expansions to Houston in 1990 and Atlanta in 2012. Our most recent expansion into Phoenix in 2019 has taken our reach even further. As of today, we serve data centers in 37 states and 3 countries.
From air flow efficiency developments to hyperscale projects, we’ve helped data centers across the country stay clean, cool and efficient. And just as we were on the cutting edge of containment technology, we’re pushing the industry forward with the remarkably efficient ColdLogik rear door coolers.
We’ve helped data centers stay clean, cool and tour-ready for 35 years. And as data centers continue to advance, so will our approach to industry-best cleaning and cooling technologies.
